I’ve been using Sony WH-CH720N Wireless Noise Canceling for like 3 or so years, really good nice canceling and comfortable. I’m sure there’s lots better but they’re also not crazy expensive.

I think it very much is case-by-case because a friend of mine says their headphones increase their tinnitus symptoms? but i got the sony wh-ch720n headphones on sale and so far i really like them
I bought some new headphones (Sony WH-CH720N, £60 from Costco) and whilst I've been clinging on to my (wired) Bose QC-25s for a very long time, not having to fight with a cable is actually amazing. Also, the sound quality is good, and set-up has been painless.
I bought the budget end Sony WH-CH720N (UK model name) as a more day to day set of noise cancelling headphones. I tend to use the Sony XM5's for noisy environments (pharmacy, medical appointments etc). And I have a set of Anker soundcore in ear for noise cancelling when I want to be discrete.

I have the Sony WH-CH720N and I like them they come in black in white I think it depends on where you buy them from they also have noice cancellation it’s not the best but it works when you’re listening to music and like in a quiet place. Idk you’re price rang but I got mine on Amazon for $98 USD

I use Sony WH-CH720N, it was a present, but I'm sure they didn't cost hundreds. I use them also to cancel the noise around me, and they work quite well. I think you can also use them with a wire, but I think they would anyway need to be charged for the noise cancelling feature (not sure about it)
