Prusa Core One

My Prusa Core One 3D printer has had two upgrades available at reasonable prices since I purchased it. These upgrade kits are a bit more involved than swapping out a battery or camera but in the end, I will have the latest hardware. [...] I hope they make some profit from the upgrade kits because this kind of relationship is worth rewarding.

lol can never resist call to plug: read my blog! My favorite articles to write are on crafts like the below, I just got a Prusa CORE One kit (not put together yet) so next one will probably be something related to that.

Getting one with an enclosure like a Prusa Core One does wonders for noise reduction. Can even throw it under a desk. I had one in my office for years and no one could hear it on the other side of video calls.

I started 3D printing about 10 years ago with the first Taz machines and they left me a broken, broken man. Fast forward to a month ago, I bought a Prusa Core One, loved it, and then bought a XL 5-toolhead. It's been so much fun using printers that "just work." I finished this 6-day print last week!

[...] Are you looking to drive or are you looking to fix/build a car? [...] The new Prusa CORE One might be a good fit as well, but it's still too early to tell what its quirks are. For printers that are projects, the Ender 3 comes to mind as a very cheap base for countless tinkering and upgrades.
