Here are my go to: Play video games on my steam deck or PlayStation portal, slow kettlebell exercises, YouTube videos, read books I keep on my desk, browse projects on github that people I follow have starred, tidy my workspace, sit on the front porch or go for a walk. Things I don’t do: browse slack, social networking or news.

The Playstation Portal is the most frustrating piece of hardware I have used in video games in years. It is not a bad idea, it is not even badly executed. It is just completely crippled in software by Sony's protectionist approach, and it shows off why legislation is needed (which we will never get)

Counterpoint against the cloud gaming grumps: prompted by the GTA hype and realising I'd like a more convenient way to play it, I bought a second hand PlayStation Portal off eBay. I've been impressed with the cloud streaming side of it. SpiderMan 2 handheld is much more playable than on handheld PC.
