I got a PS5 Pro when it was 700$ and got another earlier this year for $220 (technically it's just a long process to explain) and I just love watching these type videos to laugh at people who laughed at us 2 years ago that's now itching to get a ps5 pro after the price hikes lol

I've had my OG FAT PS5 Disc Version since November 2020 & it's still in great condition. I never had any problems with it. I don't see myself buying another PS5.

Had my PS5 Pro almost 2 years still going strong i have the hyperpop series dualsense controllers im looking forward to pre ordering GTA 6 pretty soon i have over 400 games just reached trophy level 300 which i earned the Silver Trophy badge

I’ll be upgrading from ps4 to ps5 pro now. I’ll have the entire backlog of ps5 games at my disposal that I couldn’t get on ps4, while also “future proofing” since I’ve had my ps4 for 8 years and expect to keep this pro for as long as well.

After a year or so of using my PS5 pro i say it’s worth it for two reasons: the bragging rights and the fact it comes with 2TB of glorious gen 4 SSD which in these days and in this economy worth half as much as this console so yep it’s been an investment worth made imho

Having had a PS5 Pro since July last year; i can categorically say that i could never go back to a base PS5.

It's not worth it atm maybe when we finally get PSSR2 then it will show a huge difference and worth it. Had mine for 9 months, i love it but i wouldn't call it a pro edition.

This is my exact setup. Maybe I don't have many issues because I literally only have the NS2/PS5Pro turn on the TV/change input. I still use the AppleTV remote to adjust volume no matter the input.

Yes I just got one and you can clearly see the difference in detail and smoothness…. I’ve never seen waves look so real on a video game like can Horizon forbidden West on the PS5 Pro.

It's all about who you are. I got me the Disc Drive cause I like CD's and would've NEVER thought about getting the VR thing. lol priorities.

Pretty glad that I got my PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox Series X and 2TB expansion card when I did.

I had an OG PS5 and loved it but I ended up having to sell it… sad but true. At the time, I committed to replacing what I had to sell… when I did, I replaced it with a PS5 Pro, a fantastic 4K OLED TV and a Portal… the game support and upgrades to both systems are fantastic… I got lucky in terms of time frames… I got the best value I could and ended up very happy with my gaming setup.

A disk drive is a must. I have one on my pro. Physical sll day every dsy.

I bought PS5 Slim digital and played games in high settings. I noticed that PS5 Slim could not handle performance mode on certain games. I decided to returned it back to Best Buy and exchanged for PS5 Pro. Totally worth it and no regrets. The performance, resolution, and didn’t skipped a beat! [...] I am loving my PS5 Pro!

I own a PS5 Slim and a PS5 pro and the differences are profound when I turned on my new PS five Pro and loaded into a couple of PS4 and PS5 games. The graphical enhancements were lifelike. It was like playing these video games for the first time from a perspective, I hadn’t comprehended.

I have a Pro being delivered tomorrow for a few reasons. First is simply that my launch model PS5 was showing error CE-108262-9 daily (something it stopped doing the moment I ordered a new one), I'm increasingly concerned about the liquid metal pooling issue people are reporting on launch models, I've seen how much better Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil look and run on it, giving me FOMO (and that was before the PSSR2 update), I want that 2TB internal drive (although I had already added a 4TB WDBlack SN850 to my launch PS5 and that will be getting transplanted into the new one when it arrives), the prices are due to spike this Thursday and I had a 20% code for a bundle that included the disc drive and a game and was already cheap for what it was prior to that 20% off. I kind of figured last chance, now or never.

The Ps5 PRO is the ONLY real good next gen console, the ps5 slim is good but still you have framerates issues and blurry images, the Xbox Series X is at the level of the slim, the PRO gives you buttery smooth at all the times and the images of all the games gets improved, even the ps4 games look far better and you get to play in ultra with smooth gameplay, also it is FAST, the boot is fast, the downloads are fast, the store is fast, it has LOTS of storage, in no time you can download several triple A, on the Series X takes AGES, plus it´s way slower, i say buy a PRO if you can, totally fun time

Pc player here got a wery good rig i built like 1 year ago, still bought a Ps5 Pro 2TB for 630 euros and i got the 2 Astro bot games as a gift included.. Bought a Pro for 600, sold my OG for almost 400. Its a silent beast, Spiderman is a showcase for example at 120 fps & RT but also gt7 4k 120 fps. Its lovely and its much smaller as well👌🏻

i own a base PS5 and an OLED TV, and when i first got my OLED i was amazed at the graphical upgrade with just my base PS5. i still say the Pro is just too expensive for me when my base PS5 has great graphics already. i always tell people dont upgrade your console, upgrade your TV.

I bought the disc drive because i have a few games on disc (including PS4 games)... I also have a brunch of 4k UHD movies on disc. So it was a no brainer
