OnePlus Nord

My last one was 10 pro and battery is essentially dead after 2.5 years of usage. [...] Case is made of some really good material, which feels very premium, but runs son fckn hot that you can't hold it in your hands anymore, this is especially true during hot summers, and it got only worse with the last major OS update. This is a heat dissipation issue caused by the materials used, large battery, and hi performance CPU cores so I don't think my case was any special than the others. I see that the OnePlus 15 follows the same route, and although it has good reviews, and they claim they solved the battery heat dissipation and detoriation issues with some new kind of cells, it seems that it still runs hot according to some reviews I've seen on the yt. Before that I had OnePlus 7 and more budget friendly Nord, and they were much better than 10 Pro, although 7 shared similar type of issues as 10 Pro. Nord is a bit different because case is not premium, and the battery is not so large, and the CPU is not premium nor the supercharging as well. However, it doesn't run hot and battery after few years of usage is still able to give you a full day without the problem. I'm pretty convinced that all their flagships with hi performance CPUs, premium case, large battery, and fast charging suffer from the same issues. [...]

yeah, i'd like to know that too. i have a oneplus nord running /e/OS and i am quite happy with it. in fact it's probably the best phone i had so far performance wise (i got it refurbished at a very good price which may have something to do with that though)

Hey, im a nord user... I've purchased the device just 5 days before, and just a day after purchasing I've updated the device. And the update was near around 1.5 gb total and a day after updating the device, the device get's on factory reset by itself in pocket without my permission and while screen is aslo secured with password. Recently upgraded to a Pixel 8 from a different aarch64 phone (OnePlus Nord N100) and discovered that I can't run 32-bit apps anymore :(

I got a OnePlus Nord Something-or-other three ago and it's held up great. Battery still lasts two days on a charge. At the time, it was one the only phones with a headphone jack, but I don't know if they still have them.

I'm using a 5 year old OnePlus Nord that needs to be replaced and all of a sudden I see I have no options but Samsung, Motorola and Google. Not sure what I'll do. Does Asus still make a phone?

I see it as obvious that the Nord Stream pipeline was not blown up without US permission at the very least. (And the media's insistence that it was probably Russia which blew up their own pipeline convinced me beyond doubt that they see loyalty to the war effort as trumping any obligation to the truth). Of course there are going to be sabotage actions the other way too.

The camera on Oneplus phones are usually their main weakness, especially for the Nord. But I don't mind it because if the excellent OS. I'm happy using the Nord.
