Kinesis Advantage360

I went from “regular” keyboard to kinesis freestyle 2 to kinesis advantage 360. [...]

I made a gallery of split keyboards a while ago: It is missing some newer designs, but it at least shows that not all split keyboards are tiny things with half the keys removed. I've been using an ErgoDash for 6 years. [...] If there had been a similar keyboard with real F-keys in 2019 I would have chosen that instead, but it's only a very minor annoyance. If I was looking now I think I'd buy the Kinesis Advantage360 (I could keep using the layout I am now used to) or Kinesis Advantage2 (dished, but has fewer keys than I'm used to). (If anyone keeps up-to-date with split keyboards etc and wants to take over the gallery site, just let me know. I'm happy with the keyboard I have, so I don't spend time researching more.)

The things I think are key for people with persistent issues: - programmable keys - tenting - concavity (rules out most keyboards) - thumb clusters - ortholinear I know some go without the concavity but I just cannot go back. I honestly think anybody who plans on using a keyboard for the rest of their life should invest in a high quality keyboard even if it's expensive. You reference Kinesis in the article so I assume you've seen the Kinesis Advantage 360? [...] And of course it's very comfortable without the thumb key problem discussed in this article.

Under $1,000 Kinesis Advantage 360 or ZSA Voyager (split ergonomic keyboards with ortholinear layout). I and a friend also got these. However months in they became unusable, they would constantly disconnect, and miss keystrokes completely. Ive been using a used Kinesis Advantage 360 from ebay and its been perfect

I bought and returned a Kinesis Advantage360 for a Realforce R3. The R3 isn't better, but if you don't possess the requisite mechanics for their ergonomics, there's no point in buying a Kinesis.

Had to retire it when I stopped playing starcraft and now use a kinesis advantage360 pro when working/programming. If you haven't used a split keyboard, I highly recommend it! It's insane how usable the Stellar Blade keybinds menu is. I've used probably close to a hundred since switching to the kinesis advantage360 and ESDF movement. Most menus just delete conflicts and it is infuriating.
