it’s been 6months.. and my battery health is 97% i don’t have any games just school works not to heavy why is that?

I have the opposite experience, unfortunately. It's not a perfect comparison, but my base M1 MacBook Pro (8GB RAM) gets consistently solid performance out of Java edition, but my M3 iPad Air (also 8GB RAM, but better chip) drops frames constantly in Bedrock.

Air is a great all rounder has the power cheaper than the pro it’s perfect for me yes I might never use it to its fullest capabilities but I wouldn’t the pro and the base model yes it does every day tasks but the m3 chip is worth the extra 200

I have tried to get it to work on my iPad Air M3 and oh my i don’t know what is the issue because I haven’t been able to even start it without a crash

I use my iPad Air M3 more than I use my MacBook M4.The only thing I use my MacBook for is Microsoft Word. Other than that it’s too complicated to use.

I use my M3 iPad Air for photo and video editing it is for me just better for those aspects. Yes the MBA is a better computer for most but for me the iPad Air is the best computer that gets my work done.

Not everyone gets this : My brother is 4 years younger than me . Everyone says we look similar not same😅 But I have used the Faceid on one of my iPhone 12 pro and later on iPhone 15 but my brother can easily unlock which led me to get a TouchiD and not a FaceiD. Sounds funny but its really serious 😩

Watching from my iPad Air M3 which serves as my supplement device for my Mac when travelling. I’m a VA & all of my tools are web based and using the Apple Pencil USB-C for precision clicking when working on Sheets. I went with the Air M3 for multitasking power compared to A16.

I have the Air 3 11 inch model just as a backup to my 13 inch Pro. I actually enjoy it especially since iPadOS 26 has dropped. Multitasking is super easy

I have the A16 iPad, I just use it for content consumption and web browsing. No need for a more power iPad.

sometimes when i have my ipad on an angle in wich the faceid sensor cannot see me i'd wish it had touchid or both

I got the iPad Air M3! The model that released earlier this year. I went with the 13" screen to make drawing on procreate more comfortable.

I have the M3 iPad Air… I won’t have to replace it for at least 4 years because it’s stupidly powerful but both of its hands are tied because of iPad OS. Apple needs to get serious and make a version of MacOS for the iPad otherwise these upgrades are meaningless for most users.

I use mine for note taking and studying in general. Battery life is really good, multi tasking is flawless. The only things I don’t like is the Touch ID rather than Face ID, but its not the end of the world, 60hz display can feel laggy sometimes if your screen is full of fingerprints, Apple Pencil USB version runs out of battery faster than I expected, and no support for MacOS even thought it has an M3 chip. Writing from ipad air m3, magic keyboard, my journey is actually quite interesting, so I had an ipad a while ago, an ipad 2, so I didn’t know how newer ipads work, got one in may, the same ipad air m3, but returned it because I needed an actual laptop for work and university at the time, but almost instantly regreted it, a week ago, I decided to buy it again under a promotion that decreased the keyboard’s price by a hundrid dollars, and it was a really good deal because I also had an older iphone to trade in, so got it again, I have to say, I’m more satisfied with it the second time around than the first, I guess it’s because I had bigger expectations coming in the first time but I knew what I was getting into the second time around, the proes are to overkill for me because they cost literally double with a keyboard, and I didn’t know if I wanted to pay that much for an ipad, so the air is a sweet spot, and I also prefer touch ID, I mostly use the ipad lying down so I’m not sure how would face ID work if it was hanging on the keyboard and not having direct line of sight to my face, if there’s anything I’m somewhat complaining about is the speaker quality, totally disappointing compared to the quality you’d find on a macbook air.

Yeah, I’m not a dedicated iPhone user and my personal phones are androids so my iOS experience has been iPod Touch 2G - employer owned iPhone 8 - employer owned iPhone XR - iPad Air M3. Each of those big gaps have seen the UI shift and the keyboard decline.

After upgrading both my phone (iPhone 15 Pro) and tablet (iPad Air M3) on release day there was barely any visible indication that anything had changed at all... Bold New OS look indeed!
