The HP specter x360 laptops have been the best kept secret in tech I've been using my x360 OLED for quite a few years now and haven't even thought about upgrading

I have the 2024 hp spectre x360 16" with 1tb storage and 32gb ram I love it my family has had a 2006 up spectre x360 and had not been well taken cared off and is still working great to this day apart from getting hot and ramping the fan up loud
Good job. I'm currently considering the air m4 and the envy x360 with OLED. I have both temporary to test and each has its advantages especially since the hp is 60% of the price of the mac.
personally i got an accessory as u said no usb-c converter only pen include my laptop spec was Core ultra 7 with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD :)

Just thought I’d mention that I bought a Spectre for my wife a week ago based mostly off of your glowing review and a few others. I happened to snag a deal for the 2TBSSD/32gbRAM version from Best Buy using your link and got it for $1500 instead of the usual price of around $1900 I think. So for she’s super happy :) DISCLAIMER Best Buy’s Spectres DO NOT come with the free stylus or the dongle for HDMI and extra usb ports. I ordered the identical stylus (HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen) for my wife to try out from Amazon for $53 (on sale I think) and a nearly identical, probably superior Anker dongle for $20 (Anker 332 USB-C Hub (5-in-1).

I have on older model I use every day. I'm glad they fixed the speaker placement, but I really prefer the 3:2 display. The display is what sold me on the older model.
Having used this laptop for a while now I can safely say that is one of the best laptop out there for the price it's in. Everything this offer I really like also personally did not get the pen and dongle which is disappointing.
I have a 2020 13.5” and 15” Spectres, and as a writer find the keyboards superb. [...] Still great computers and the OLED screens are fantastic.
I have a 2016 Spectre 13 and am ready to upgrade, however the palm rejection concern is a big issue. I hope HP will fix this.
