Ive had my flip 5 for 2.5 years and now when i fold the phone, it turns off.

My flip 6 screen started having glitches 6 months into ownership took it into a warranty shop samsung told us to go to and they voided warranty for no good reason other than its my fault so went through my insurance and got a replacement now its 6 months since replacement and same thing is happening once again.

Have my zflip5 since release, not a single problem with the display

I like my Galaxy Z Flip 6, had it for almost 2 years. Granted, it's not a conventional phone, but I have had Samsung phones since 2010, and only one of them was very short-lived (S9, apparently was some bug with the screen lock). All the others kept going, or are still actively functioning.

I've owned mine for about 3 years now (my Z Flip 5) and only just now had this issue. But it's so bad that I physically cannot unlock my phone or do anything lmao

After a 1yr of owning mines I have the bubble in the screen protector like him on the side its true skip it i hate this phone and want out of this phone

I had z flip 5 over 2 years.the built quality is garbage. Dont recommend it to anyone who wants to spend $$$$.

I have now owned my Z Flip6 for over a year and have no such issues. Nothing wrong with the inner screen or hinge, screen protector, no brick update, none of this.

It happened to me before one week🤦‍♂️I bought it in november last year,and didn't use it at all,opened ,checked if everything is ok,and start to use it this year in march...really disappointed in samsung because of this display problem. If i fix it,of course it can happen again?😏 As I understood you fixed it two times since last year?😬

I've been in the, z-flip culture since the 3 (3 years ago now), I have the 4 now and I am looking forward to upgrading to the 6 next month.

The camera is one of the reasons I only went to the Flip 5 for like 6 months in-between S Ultras... and wasted $500. 😭

Thats why i decided to sell my z flip 6 3 moths after its release. It didn't feel as sturdy as my flip 5 and i had to get it fixed twice. Thats why i just went back to using my s21 ultra and haven't had issues since

6:23 i had the razor 2024 and it completely broke after just 1 drop from waist height. [...] Much better build quality. But after a little over a year the screen fold is significantly creased and there's 2 big pixel black spots in it. I'm looking to upgrade to the 6 (again used & refurbished on ebay for lower price) but if Motorola had gotten it together with their build quality I'd be open to giving it another shot.

I had mine for a year and a couple of months. It did not break and I have dropped my phone many times. Yet I keep seeing people say their phones are broken but here I am with a completely pristine phone with zero issues whatsoever. My 1 yeae old z flip 6 no issues except my son hit it got a pixel that's always on my drint screen has micro scratches from taking cases off and on I do use a screen protector also scratch on inner screen even with the screen protector on my orginal one bubbled after a couple months.

I've got the fold 6 from tmobile and my last Google play security update after rebooting is catering a mirade of issues, it self reboots itself gets a solid rainbow line across the screen as well as buzzing will also get stuck on the boot screen where it says Samsung security by Knox and my one ui 7 update didn't solve the problem either. Got a tmnt blemish on my cover screen so tmobile has no interest in honoring the warranty replacement and demands my $200 insurance deductible

For the past few weeks my phone (galaxy z flip 6) was broken in a way where my inner screen was unusable, but I could (mostly) still use my outer screen for my phone. Now, after a UI update samsung pushed, I can't unlock my phone until I do it with the inner screen. Which is broken. [...]

I have a cheap silicone cover on it and yes it is thick. But my phone fell from a car roof onto asphalt. [...] And not a single scratch or hinge problems. [...]

Battery life like every other Samsung device is TERRIBLE. My Flip 6 lasts a maximum of 17 hrs with little screen on time, maybe 2 hours tops. Samsung are done their batteries are old tech and have lost their way to Chinese tech

[...] Maybe I'm lucky but I've also had flip 6 since release and it's been a great experience for me. I've used the $30 Samsung case for it and after quite a few drops and a TON of flips and closes the phone is still in GREAT condition. I purposely waited till the 6 as the previous models had worse build quality(the main point I disagree with. Previous models broke much quicker) and actually came from the moto razr 5G which had a better front screen but worse everything else. I'm pretty sure I've had a better experience than the reviewer with this device but this review is very valid. Im pretty sure the only problem I've had is dust in my charging port which is normal. BTW reviewer if you think the update times on the flip 6 was bad you will not like Motorola update times.

I don't know if anybody has touched on this, but the charge port on my z flip stopped working. I had to replaced by ubreakitifix, but the new replacement port did not fix the issue. I had my z flip 6 since it came out in July of last year after going from an iphone 12, but I noticed the port had issues in January of this year. Since I had a samsung warranty on the phone, they said i had to mail it in so that they can fix it. Since I will be out of a phone for a few weeks or more, I thought they may either spring a surprise bill on me or say I have to get a replacement z flip6. [...] As for the z flip7, i thought about going with that as an upgrade, but I thought it would have the same issues as the flip6.

I've been using flip 4 since 2022, no issue, not even I updated in ONE UI 7.

Cool video. I just got a used one for less than 600 cas and couldnt resist. I'll keep an eye out. Not lots of reviews on this phone after ao long so really appreciate it

I got mine for 899€ in Black Friday and this really blasts the pre-owned Z Flip3 I had for few months. Never thought I'd ever lay my hands on such magnificent and amazing smartphone. Also the main reason why I went with Z Flip6 is that Adobe Lightroom Classic and latest Camera Raw versions has the lens correction profiles for the camera, a great advantage if I ever have to do photography with a smartphone instead of my Nikon D3100.

I switched from Apple iPhone to Samsung Z Flip6 and Im Happy 🎉greetings from Switzerland 😊

Interestingly, even tho you say that this is the first z flip with a good camera, the z flip 4 that i owned had the best main camera i have ever seen on a smartphone. [...] and the nighttime/star photography performance was on another level. [...] and for the record, (besides resolution) the main camera would do better than the s23 ultra i now own in any situation, no questions asked.

I got $1,000 trade in on my s22 ultra so i got the z-flip for $100

I have the flip 6 and maybe because I'm old school but I like the sound of closing the phone. Kinda takes me back

Really big Flip fan I had 3, 5, & now 6. New one feels more quality from 5, losing the crease to me was a major upgrade.

I've been rocking the OnePlus open for months, and I feel like that phone really addressed the crease better than any Samsung phone has done to date. If swiping across the crease has the risk of knocking my finger off track then I have no interest in that phone

I switched from a s23 to this flip 6 and I'm enjoying it. Still has some questions on camera department but I believe it will be a good trade off

My biggest gripe was not with the higher price but the absolute sht trade in values this time around. Sure hope they rethink that next year.
