Same for my s24, 80% battery limit and slow charging at night (most of my charging). It's been over 2 years and the battery seems to last just as long as day one

I wonder if the "night mode" on newer phone cameras is doing something similar. Take a long exposure, use the IMU to produce a kernel that tidies up the image post facto. The night mode on my S24 actually produces some fuzzy, noisy artifacts that aren't terribly different from the artifacts in the OP's deblurs.

Yes it does. I have Airpod 4 ANC connected to a Samsung Galaxy S24 as we speak and I cycle between ANC and Transparency mode frequently by squeezing the stalk. This thread is full of weird misinformation.

Might have to be more specific than Android and Windows. Tried them on my devices (S24, windows 11) and they're practically instantaneous.

Started using this on a Samsung S2, now still using it on a Samsung S24. I'll miss this launcher.

DP++ seemed to work fine on my Samsung S24 phone when I tried it after seeing that comment and was curious. I've got a pile of passive adapters because I have an esoteric device that has broken DP audio but HDMI audio using DP++ works fine.

I have a S24 (flagship of 2024) and Anubis often takes 10-20 seconds to complete, that time is going to add up if more and more sites adopt it, leaning to a worse browsing experience and wasted battery life. Meanwhile AI farms will just run their own nuclear reactors eventually and be unaffected. I really don't understand why someone thought this was a good idea, even if well intentioned.

Not exactly on a smartphone fully, but I use Samsung Galaxy S24 and absolutely love Samsung Dex. I use a Nexdock (although I will probably switch to a standalone display with a better bluetooth keyboard/touchpad combo in the future) Termux, with code-server works very well. I bought a repurposed samsung galaxy S24 from Amazon for about $250. It was a flagship about two years ago, brilliant screen, camera and AI call screening for spam. I'm quite impressed by it...

Is using your phone an option? I've used IRuin Cam to connect my Galaxy S24 as a webcam source and it works really well.

The only part I dont like about mine is that I only have 128gb and I cannot add a micro sd card to it. Which is a pain because it overheats and runs too slow due to lack of space.

If s23 and s25 had a kid the s24 would be it (design wise lol) i have an onyx black one in the uk (so exynos) and its absolutely perfect love it to bits

As far as im concerned, coming from o ly using budget phone's for almost a decade like the moto g series and the galaxy a's and lower, im very happy with upgrading to a flagship. All the features are so cool. A luxury thats not needed but thats what your paying for. If your coming from other flagsgip phones i can see being more critical but when coming from a budget phine thats given out for free its a major upgrade.

I bought the plain old s24 on purpose because i needed a smaller phone. Going from a flip 4, which i LOVE but it's painfully slow and laggy, i would have gone for the flip 5 but i don't think it's where i need it yet. I'm excited for the "budget" LMAO s24 because it'll fit in my pocket and i don't need a whole freaking desktop in my hands. Just a nice camera and can load a website in less than 60 seconds.

If I did not have my Tab S9 Plus I would have gotten the S24 Ultra, but since I have the flagship tablet, I wanted to go with a good compact Samsung smartphone, and the S24 does not fall short, not in any way!

I opted for the S24 Plus. Once upon a time I Always bought the Ultra but I don't have any use for the S Pen. I used my S21 Ultra for my trade-in and picked it up through the Shop Samsung app.

You can get deals on the ultra too. I got an open box deal for 250 off plus I traded in my S21 and got 150 for it. The Ultra is a beast of a phone.

my s23 costs around $620 during pre orders deal. it's really worth it until now, S24 looks good with thinner bezel and 7 years software update make it really solid flagship phone
