I've been using this phone for almost 1.5 years now. I don't do gaming, if I talk about general usage this phone actually has the worst batter backup I've ever used in mobile devices..even my 12K and 18K Xiaomi devices gave better battery life than this. [...] Also RAM management as you said is not good especially after loads of updates it gets. Now that I've stuck with this device..need to use it for another 1-2 years, please let me know if we can extend battery life in some manual ways and improve the speed and RAM management

I have my S20FE for almost 4 years now and still loving it. Snapdragon is really the best, lasts for the whole day. Only trade off was it was not dual sim. The S20FE is the greatest fan edition.

S20+ here, for a few years. I'm waiting for the S24 Ultra - I want to see one in the flesh before committing. I'm intrigued by the AI options, so will compare to Google 8 Pro. Also like the look of the latest OnePlus devices - including their fold. Great to have a choice!

I've had mine for a little over 2 years the battery doesn't seem to be lasting as long anymore can be slow and clunky sometimes but overall it's not that terrible

I have also this phone and i have buy this in july 2024 and now its only ok to use and my phone's battery life is good because i didn't it since android 14 😂 and ram management is okkish , sometimes lack but otherwise its ok to use and it heat after heavy use

The phone was good i have it they installed small battery the processor exynos 2200 comes in s22 ultra have 5000 mah in s23fe it have 4370mah and it is not optimised for small battery samsung never fixed it

About that ram management I am also using the same phone True ram management is so bad that imagine I am playing a game for eg efootball then, I cant even go home and comeback to the game I starts again Will resetting the phone solve this problem?

It's junk, and even though mine is under warranty, the fact it got hot enough to explode, like Samsungs do, isn't enough for them to repair it. [...] Shitty phone, shitty warranty service.

s23 fe is great phone, yeah bazels can be issue for some people but it is very stable and there is no heating issue right now as samsung has fixed it via updates. i bought it at 17k inr, 4k bank offer and 6k return value of my 5 year old phone

I bought s 23 fe 256 gb at 22800 with exchange. Was it a good deal ? Because many people say that exynos 2200 is not good .

At 30k , this is a good deal . Samsung has optimised it and i have personally used it , dont compare it with chinese phones

I've never had a problem with Bixby honestly it does better than Google I don't have to unlock my phone all the time it answers me quicker

Can anyone tell me why i can only record my phone calls in a high pitch tone? It makes it unlistenable. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

I will say the battery does seem to have gotten better with the One UI 6 update, mostly anecdotal but I easily get through the whole day even with my charging limited to 80%, so they did probably tweak the optimization a bit.

I'm extremely disappointed that they didn't use the standard S23 body. Why won't they? Its a good size and Samsung is currently still producing it.

I dont use my phone for gaming jist for calls txs and social media and the 23FE def works for me ..and cheaper than 23plus ..i guess it depends what your after and use your phone for

I rather have this one because other brands usually have worse mic quality and I use it for filming quite a bit.

Yes, battery life is the deal-breaker for the Exynos 2200. Having had both the S22 and S22U, they both sucked, 3-4 hours SOT, and 5 -5.5 hours SOT, respectively and despite updates over the year, they never improved (did resets and tinkered with settings). The S23FE would be okay for a light user, but considering I can get 8-10 hours of SOT with the same usage on the S23U, it isn't nice on Exynos. [...] With sales of the S23 being below expectations, Samsung has warehouses full of unsold S23s and they are currently 44% off new on Amazon (reseller), at around £540, so that would be my choice over the S23FE.

I have a Nothing phone 2, and I honestly feel it's much better than the S23 FE for the same $600

I feel that OneUI is actually better than stock now. Using a Pixel is like using an iPhone, actually not that customisable. I have my Samsung devices setup exactly the way I like them without fannying about with launchers etc. I would counter the "Samsung duplicates apps" and point to Huawei, who have spent years trying to catch up with the US throwing their toys out of the pram, whilst still allowing government owned Honor to have the play store. In Korea Samsung are huge, and their own services actually have a lot of users. Although unlikely, if for ANY reason the relationship between Samsung and Google sours, or the US and South Korea, they have decent quality apps/access to apps on day 1.
