i have been getting softweare photos duplicated 5 years over 3 devices and technical support is not understanding even when ive sent pictures videos and the device reset factory reset and new software updates nothing fixed

Maybe it is not what you're looking for, but Fire TV, included within the Echo Show 15, is pretty snappy. All my TVs have Apple TVs connected, but my Echo Show 15 in the kitchen does a fine job of plating YouTube TV, so I can watch shows and sports while I cook.

[...] The software and capabilities are what is killing it for me. Seems like they could easily build Firestick software in my show devices which would enable so much more functionality including apps, like being a small TV with an integrated Firestick. Year after year, software update after software update, no change in functionality. Having a screen is just slightly better than an Echo Dot for me.

I had the 15 inches echo show, I liked many features it have , but I took it down, because too many ads, every minute, that bothers me so bad, I paid near $300 for a photo frame and weather, but not as advertisement display,

got one for my L shaped work desk that's against the wall. really wanted it for watching stuff while i'm working, as i've been just playing things from my computer and letting it go as background noise. i always miss interesting stuff because i don't want to fully turn around just to look at the desktop. plus the calendar, weather, smart home features.. all right at my desk!

Nothing like having ads running all day long tapping your brain. Sent mine back after 4 stupid purchases. Man its easy to buy crap you dont need having them things in your face daily. Another words you just paid to be advertised to. There is no other point, you may think there is

That user Interface from the first generation is horrible and hardly had any updates, the fact that they still kept it around for a second generation tells me all I need to know… I predict very minimal support and updates

I Have the Echo Show 15 with Amazon Echo Sub The Subwoofer when synced with the Echo Show 15 Gives you Really Deep Bass when Playing Music With Amazon Music and Spotify And The Amazon Can be put With the New Echo show 15 And the Echo show 21 It's worth getting the Sub Make A Massive difference to The Sound Cost 120 dollers on Amazon. Can you please tell me how to get touch command to work? My echo 15 all sudden keeps asking me to connect remote to fire tv and I do not have that nor do I want to. It worked just fine until few days ago now when I go to you tube and try and choose program it doesn’t do anything but tell me to set up remote. Please help

I have issues with my echo show 15 and Amazon customer service is no help so I was hoping maybe you might know how to solve my problem. As of several days ago my Show 15 won’t stay on the Home Screen. After 20 seconds it launches Photo Frame. I’ve given up trying to get it to stop since nothing works - factory reset, latest software, no Routines triggering it. I even gave customer support remote access to my device and they couldn’t fix it. [...] However I cannot change the length of time photos are displayed. They only stay on screen for 10 seconds. The setting to change the speed doesn’t affect Photo Frame. [...]

Love the echo show. I have set it up to control my smart TV, by being able to turn it off or on by voice command. Handy when hubby walks out leaving the TV on all the time.

Can someone answer me TWO very simple questions: When in photo mode - does the photo mode stay on indefinietly and does it have stupid watermark text in the corner of the photo mode? My stupid Echo show 5 has photo mode but always has water marks saying - "ask Alexa - when was this photo taken" etc.) I have unticked every single option in the settings menus to turn off recommendations to no avail. The whole reason I want to buy an echo show 15 is to use it as a frame 1st and smart device 2nd... i dont want widgets popping up or stupid "recommendations" that effectively ruin the photo frame experience. My Echo Show 8's keep popping up advertisements and there is no option to turn them off. Does the Echo Show 15 have that same problem?

If you want to show a camera when motion happens (if Ring supports it like Eufy) then you could maybe use a Routine like I do. If motion is detected I get it to the command "Alexa Show Front Doorbell Camera" and it works. I have another routine that triggers with motion that starts with a wait 2 mins then runs "Alexa Stop showing Front Doorbell Camera" (this is for if the person I set it up for is not home I know it'll at least turn it off after 2mins)

I just got the echo show 15 inch and after a while of being on she doesn't talk back to me after I ask her how's the weather she just shows me or if I ask something else, Can it be something is wrong with it? Please let me know cause if this is a defect then I will take it back.

I'm going to be honest, after wasting £250 on an amazon echo 10 (the rotating one) I'm never going to get another "smart display" from amazon. [...] Pretty sad since you cna just buy a cheap tablet and mimic all of those functionalities easily. [...] Again, easier and cheaper to get a tablet and keep it constantly plugged in to do all of this. Amazon, still making millions out off people whithout any idea 🙄 I want to say that I do use Alexas in every room to control lights and other stuff but again, my echo 5s and dots are doing just enough, for everything else I have my amazon cubes connected to tvs on wich just works better and it's actually cheaper as well and ofc not laggy as all echos with screens are... I have uploaded photos and videos to my album and sync'd to the echo show , but it only is displaying the pictures. Used an iphone with MOV file type is there a way to play video clips back from the album? thanks!

I have the echo hub mounted in kitchen and considering update to this. Hub has all the same widgets and no ads, but also no fire tv. Thoughts?

You can’t buy off the show….on mine I have to open my phone to make the purchase. You can browse and put things in your cart. You need to work on you guruness 😂 I could be wrong but I asked Alexa why I can’t make the purchase and she stated that something’s you can’t do due to security.

How is the background on the show your using have color like the blue. My calander has a black background.

I want to use this like a nanny cam. Can I put on my family members LAN and on my cell to my cloud. I suspect my disabled family member is being abused in his own apartment by unionized “support staff” . Too many “he says vs she says” incidents. Staff are lying.

Not accurate this echo show 15 has a hub and is the exact same in every way as the 21 minus the screen size and ability to for more widgets on it. I know cause I upgraded from the original echo show 15. Hopefully my comment won’t get deleted for correcting you on this.

Nice video. I just got a show 15 and and have my wyze video doorbell setup to show on it. Is there a routine i can make to make the popup maximize? And a routine to automatically remove itself after one or two minutes? Any help would be great.
