weird, my iPaid Air 3 which should have the same specs has been really for at least a year. Plenty of free storage, not so many apps, all visual enhancements turned off.
[...] Their displays are very fragile and have a reputation for cracking even if you're careful. That happened to my Air 3 C about 3 months after I bought it. [...] One day after charging it I turned it on and the screen was ruined. I contacted Boox about warranty repair and they said it was my fault and I would have to pay $300+ plus shipping both ways to get it fixed. [...]
[...] It is the first OS version that made my iPad Air 3 (released in 2019 with an A12 processor) feel slightly sluggish. But I could see using it with a Bluetooth key used and mouse without hating myself. [...]
[...] Older one is completely dead for 5 years now and doesn't react to plugged cable at all, while newer charges whole day and keeps battery for 4-5 hours. Air 3 I've got on ebay-like site holds pretty well but the same model that my partner got from official dealer had always issues with touch recognition.
I had an original Scribe and while the writing experience was superb, I felt like the software experience was minimal and over the year or so I had it, it didn't really get enhanced any. My review of it was: It's just like paper, only more expensive. [...] I sold it on ebay and got an Boox Note Air3, similar cost, and the writing experience is not nearly as good as the Scribe, but it is a much more capable device with many more features in the notebook. [...]
[...] I have a BOOX Nova Air3 C I bought back when it was the only color option on the market. [...] One thing that's always bugged me about it is, unlike my old Kindle 3G, rather than going to sleep after a period of inactivity, it straight-up powers down. [...] BUT -- I can't remember the last time I charged it. It's possible it's still on its original factory charge from a few months ago. As someone whose phone is perpetually below 20% charge I greatly appreciate that feature -- given the choice, I'll always choose "needs to boot" over "needs to charge". [...]
It was because of the bad things I read about warranty/support that I bought my Note Air 3 on Amazon. I paid a bit more but at least I knew I could return it easily if there was an issue.
It’s the DJI Air 3. I got a refurbished one with additional batteries for about $1100.
I tried Boox (Note Air 3 Colour) but it wouldn't run the one 'android' app I needed - O'Reilly bookshelf. [...] I didn't have it long enough to suffer pen accuracy or general performance, but the colours were muddy.
I use a Boox Note Air Plus 2, a colleague uses a Boox Note Air 3. [...]
