I actually didn’t even realize I had 5G on my Series 10 Watch until maybe last year when I got the Series 11 lol I’m getting the Series 12 Ceramic Night Blue and I will activate it when I do.

I've had my ultra 1 for 3.5 yrs and upgraded to series 12 aluminum; both I have cases for it...

Cellular at this price is so good. It is the only thing I miss about my AWU since switching three years ago. I don’t miss the battery life, but I miss the way it charges too.

I tested the first Apple SE found it useful an then months later I got the first ultra. Liked it battery lasted 4 to 3 days but battery degraded 83% still get 3 days at most. Years later I got ultra 3 in black it is satisfying to use hand gestures battery lasts 4 days no problem I never used battery life saving mode.

I have the first gen ultra and I charge it before my shower and while I wind down. When I’m ready for bed it’s fully charged

Depends what you use it for Ultra for me is too bulky, i use it for running and want nothing bulkier or heavier.

I love my Ultra. I have the first gen since day one. Never going back to anything else but an Ultra on my next purchase.

You must have had some kind of issue with your AWU2 because mine charges plenty fast when using an appropriate charger. Not sure what that’s about.

After a few months, I returned it. Too bulky feeling while laying in bed, long sleeve shirts get stuck while taking out the shirt and I can feel the weight during my runs. The series 11 feels comfortable to sleep with, long sleeves never get stuck and barely feel the watch during my run compared to the ultra 3.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 launched three months ago, and I bought it as my first ever Ultra model. Here’s how that’s been going so far.

They shouldn’t have gotten rid of the walkie talkie feature… wasn’t for everyone, but i loved it.

i have the ultra 2 the battery’s on these watches are pants , i also have a garmin as well battery lasts over 3 weeks, i will only use the ultra when hoping on and of london transport!

I own an AW Ultra 3 a year now and can tell you… it is pretty good but for example the flashlight is not implemented thoughtfully as it always gets dark when I try to turn my arm to the location I want to light up. Second is sometimes I just won’t get a call notification immediately when I get the call on my phone or even a mail notification. Don’t know why… As long as you don’t want the design and battery life I would probably go to the normal one back when it’s time to buy a new one.

My old Series 10 was down to 98% after a year of use I know the ultra would be too big on my wrist

I agree that putting the milanese band on is not the easiest, but it's the best band I tried, I am really happy I shelled the big bucks to buy it (tax free in JP at Bic Camera helped to ease a very little bit the pain), but now I am actually wearing the ultra 3 even when sleeping, something that I really never did before even with the solo braided loop, which is comfy, but not as snug. I love the milanese band, and the ultra 3 is just so solid and working so well with WatchOS 27.

I’ve been wanting to get an Apple Watch. My last one was the Series 4 Nike edition and gave it away to my niece in 2022. Picked up the Ultra 3 in July this year. I knew the Ultra 4 wasn’t gonna be a big change so I will wait for the next version or two to see if they make any major changes to the Ultra.

I’m sticking with Ultra 3. I think it’s the best update it’s had so far. Idc really about my health 😅

Definitely agree when it comes to the band. I have the nomad and the apple band and I much prefer the nomad.

As much as I liked my ultra 3 once I got the pixel watch 5 I sold my apple ecosystem pixel 11 pro xl and my pixel watch battery is way better then then the ultra 3

For me a watch that doesn’t have the time always visible is close to useless. There are so times I look at the time without having to wake up the watch…

I upgraded to the Apple Watch Ultra 3 from the Apple Watch series 9. So it was a BIG upgrade for me. I’m happy with it.

I got the ultra 3 but I’m going to return it back and get a garmin since the battery is even better and seems to truly be for working out and metrics

I'm on the ultra 3 & i charge it to full before bed wear it all night then all next day then by 9-10pm it's around 30-40% i use mine mainly for replying to texts & 2-3 calls so roughly 35-37 hours which is good but anyone who claims to get 3-4 days is bs unless they don't use it all for the first day i have cellular connected aod on & brightness all the way up

You touched on it already about consistency so if one thing Apple is consistent therefore I’m guessing they don’t come out with the Apple Ultra 4 this year. If you follow the pattern, it will come out in 2027, I hope I’m right because I just bought an Apple Watch Ultra 3 lol
