Apple Watch Ultra 2

My Ultra 2 watch is 2.5 years old and at 99% capacity, but I have turned it off every night since I got it.

It’s a great companion to the iPhone integrates perfectly, other than that, the durability is average screen cracks like any other device, , the charging part is still annoying, I never felt confident in the water with it , I seen people that had water damaged in the shower , it’s a cool little device but nothing more , for 800 dollars new it’s questionable, I got mine in December 2023 by January 26 I had cracked the screen in 3 places and is out warranty and all cost to repair the screen it’s just as much as used one , what a waste of equipment

Have the ultra 2 for 2 years now, use it every single day, even sleep with it, 97% battery health😂 maybe i just dont use it that much

I’ve had this watch for 1 year, it’s excellent! In terms of design and features I love it 😍

I have my awu for 4 years and I’m down to 88 percent bro 😅 I’ll keep it another 2 years but I’ll be getting a aw 12 for a secondary watch

Aaron, there is a screen protector available on Amazon that is framed in Titanium or Aluminum. I just got the Black Ultra3 and the Frame is Orange like the Action Button. [...] I had this protector on my Ultra 2 for a year and it held up very well protecting the screen edge against scrapes. [...] Adherence is also very good giving added protection for the screen.

I dont swim so 300 ft is plenty watet resistance for me. If im that deep i aint coming back up🤣. Great watch though its been my daily for 2 years

Got my ultra 2 in Dec 2023, it's always had the 80% charge limit set, used all day everyday and charged every night....battery is still on 100% health.

in my area it came in January and that's when I brought my ultra 2 black with milanese loop, used it for 4 months so far, no issues on software except if you put it in pocket it will keep typing random on display which will block the device eventually, as for battery it last me 4 days at most, average 3 days before I need to charge it from 30% or under, as for damage there is none on device even after smashing into a lot of walls and objects of high density but the milanese connection started to show damage. except that it is a perfect watch. my previous s7 aluminum by now was scratched both on display and coating.

Mi Apple Watch Ultra black has 90 days since I bought it and the battery health is already at 99% is this normal? I usually charge it at 80% .

I still loved my first ultra isn’t really that bad at all, my battery health degraded to 83% but it lacking updates. Ultra 2 is still good has few years of updates. Since I have ultra 3 in black it is very satisfying to me.

They update AW ultra every 18 months, so any ultra users can wait until ultra 5 or 6. Im waiting it has 72 hours of battery life and 100 hours in low power mode. [...]

I have the ultra 1 still runs strong still fast still have all the features no real reason to upgrade

I had the series 3 and the battery lasted me like 2-3 days… wym it won’t last you until maybe 2am lol

Just got an ultra 2 in black at Best Buy for $250 off and then I had a $10 coupon. I’m so excited it’s my first ultra.

I have the black but just ordered the ultra 3. Moving back to the natural as looks more dressy to me.

I recently went for a swim in the sea with a cheapish strap that was magnetic, caught a wave and watch was gone... So yes I will never buy a cheap band again...

mine still works fine.. i have the first ultra before 2 just released... i dont need to upgrade coz mine is more heavier than the apple ultra 2 no issues so far

Being in healthcare I knew I would beat this thing up, so from day 1 I've been using the Casetify bumper, and it's definaterly saved it from scratches.

better be durable, I've taken my first gen SE everywhere, swimming across the planets oceans, diving, in the shower, workouts, walks, landscaping, gym, whatever, bought it new, still going strong now.

Lol how is the battery great when you can literally get the same thing in a high price garmin watch and the battery lasts 50x better. Battery sucks and dont need anything on the apple watch at all. you can do all this on high end garmin watches that can text and talk to to send messages and phone calls on high end garmin watches with amazing battery life. A watch was never supposed to be charged everyday or two. [...] Would highly recommend the garmin fenix 8 if you want a super watch with 100x the battery and remember you have an iphone dont need one on my wrist to text lol apple is a scam if you actually experience the garmin fenix 8.

I got my Black Ultra 2 on release day and have used it daily for the gym and everyday stuff. I usually charge it to 100% every other day, and it’s still at 99% battery health. It’s held up surprisingly well — just one scratch on the screen and a couple on the case — but overall, I’m really impressed. I think it was money well spent!

Old series 4, now stay on only for 20hr with battery saving. I would bought a series 9, not 10 I think it’s a joke with “ till 18hours of battery life” without battery saving on. [...] Ultra it’s too expensive for a watch for my needs. What would make me buy again an Apple Watch is a battery life of 3 days without battery saving, and of 5days with it. And a price under 350€.

I do have the Utra II Titanium color and I would like to get the one in the black color. I really do like this model for sure. I will always stick with these Ultra’s….

I have a month old Ultra 2 and the battery life worsened with the latest update.

I got the ultra 2 for battery life, but it’s so big it’s difficult to sleep in so I charge it at night anyway. The series 9 didn’t always last the whole day. [...] Now I almost exclusively use my Garmin & have over a week battery life. I don’t notice any features missing, just a different interface so I don’t understand why the battery in Apple Watches is so bad.

I have the ultra 2 in the titanium and the Ultra 2 in Black. The only reason I kept the titanium is for the blood oxygen which came in handy 2 months ago when I had bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection..now I’m back to the Black one.

im other way use action for flashlight on watch a lot i kinda forget on my phone
